 Ingredients:


 200g grilled chicken breast, cut into cubes

 1 ripe avocado, cut into pieces

 50g crumbled feta cheese

 1 cup spinach leaves

 1/4 red onion, julienne cut

 2 tablespoons olive oil

 Juice of half a lemon

 Salt and pepper to taste:


 Instructions:


 1. In a large bowl, mix the chicken breast, avocado, feta cheese, onion and spinach leaves.

 2. In another small bowl, prepare a vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.


 Serve and enjoy!
